Rooted in the delightfully bold flavors and techniques of The South, our kitchen embodies a collection of great American stories told though family recipes, heirloom ingredients and an assortment of regional specialties. Our scratch kitchen works whole-heartedly to conceptualize, craft and refine True Grit American Food. Each dish we serve is a result of our entire team working together for the betterment of our family and yours. We pride ourselves on the Southern ideals of sourcing sustainable ingredients from farmers, ranchers and fishermen working with the same love, care and integrity that we do. Whether grabbing a bite in our barroom or feasting in our formal dining room, we're certain our kitchen has something guaranteed to satisfy your soul.


What makes a great drink? In our opinion it has as much to do with concept as it does with a perfect recipe and execution. Our cocktail program is a physical manifestation of our Southern heritage. Our Beverage Director, Kassady Wiggins, has layered each one of her creations with freshly squeezed juices, house made accoutrements, locally sourced ingredients and artisanal spirits. The drinks created within these walls are built to impress. They are creative, heavy handed, and garnished to look like the best gift ever. There is an inherent camaraderie between individuals drinking at the same time in the same place, whether they know each other or not. It is our privilege to facilitate that relationship.
